Your Wedding Journey With Us
No Obligation Meeting
A chance for us all to sit down, chat and get to know each other. Usually in the comfort of your own home or a local coffee shop for your convenience. This is the ideal chance for you to ask those burning questions. We want to find out who you are as a couple and what style of wedding you are planning (and for Helen at least, see the engagement ring if you have chosen to wear one - she loves seeing all the different styles people opt for) Get in touch to book your meeting.
Confirming Your Date In Our Diary
If you feel we are a good fit for you and your wedding the next step is to pay the non-refundable booking fee of £250 and sign the contract. You can then sit back and cross wedding photographer off of your to do list.
Venue Visit
Where possible we always like to arrange a venue visit with you. Even though we may have photographed at your venue several times before we love seeing it through your eyes and finding out why you fell in love with it. And, of course, our cameras will be with us to take a few photos of the visit as well.
2/3 Months Before Your Wedding
A second meeting to start defining your wedding day and the photography you require. Also, another chance to get to know each other better.
2-4 Weeks Before Your Wedding
A final meeting to finalise the timeline for your wedding day. This is also when we collect your photograph, music and supplier list.
Church Rehearsal
Wherever possible we will attend your church wedding rehearsal. We love meeting your vicar/father/priest and working with them to give you the best ceremony possible whilst capturing all those photographs without intruding on things. It also gives us a chance to meet some of your family and wedding party so we are not complete strangers to them on the day.
Keeping In Touch
In between our meetings don't forget to follow us on Facebook or Instagram where we regularly post and share wedding hints and tips. Every Saturday we also post a new blog filled with all kinds of helpful information. On The Day
The day you have been planning for so long is here before you know it. The last couple of months have flown by. We will be there to capture it all giving you those oh so special memories and supporting you in any way we can to keep things running smoothly.
Sneak Peak
Within a day or two of your wedding we will share a sneak peak of a few of your beautifully edited photos giving you the chance to share them with family and friends right away. The full gallery will be available to view online within 6-8 weeks, often quicker if we are in a quieter time of the year. Family and friends are able to purchase images direct from this gallery once it is made public.
Delivery of Albums/Artwork
Once we receive your photo list for your choice of album (depending on your package) we will create the design and send you a pdf file to approve before sending the order to our professional album suppliers. Your album is then usually delivered to you within 4-6 weeks for you to cherish and look back at for years to come.
